This wonderful wine is made from grapes from a single vineyard. Each bunch is de-stalked by hand and grapes are individually selected to be included. This is a homage to the pioneers of the Blanco family and a way of understanding of wine making that brings together the best of the human spirit and a respect for the values of our land.
