From Toro, Spain
La Mula de is an organic wine 100% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) grape, made from two special vineyards that are between 80 and 100 years old. Only 1,300 bottles are produced each year.
Longer maceration (about 20 days) and a modern aging: 30 months in new French oak barrels, and then rested in bottle until perfection. It is a truly life changing wine.
