This is biodynamically grown wine that takes a natural approach to make natural wines with wild yeast fermentation and to express its terroir. The wine making process begins with hand harvesting. The bunches of grapes are then chilled to 8 degrees C and fermented whole-bunch, with the stems, in a type of fermentation known as "remango", which was once popular in Rioja.
This is an attractive, fragrant and floral Garnacha with fresh wild raspberry fruit aromas leading into a juicy, mouthwatering fresh palate.
