Torre de Palma Vinho Branco
From Alentejano, Portugal
This delicious blend of Arinto, Antao Vaz and Alvarinho grapes are hand-picked. The grape must was decanted at cold temperature (10ºC) after 48 hours. It was then separated from the lees and fermented in French oak barrels with controlled temperature. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was aged fpr six month in bâttonage sur lie.
