From Bierzo, Spain
This Mencia is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. It has a delightful cherry color with violet tones. The wonderful aroma reminds one of strawberries, wild berries, chocolate and coffee. Silky mouth, fresh, good aftertaste with ripened tannins.
